The “Research to Evaluate Medication Management of Opioids and Benzodiazepines to Reduce Older Adult Falls”

funding opportunity aims to evaluate the effectiveness of medication tapering and/or discontinuation strategies to reduce falls and other unintentional injuries among older adults. The research will advance knowledge about how health professionals can improve medication prescribing practices to reduce falls, overdose, and other injuries in community-dwelling older adults.
