Emily Nabors received her Master’s of Science in Gerontology from the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology. As Program Coordinator and Evaluator at the Fall Prevention Center of Excellence (FPCE), she collaborates with professionals and agencies in the community to reduce the risks of falls among older adults. She also develops educational products to raise awareness of the issue of falls and to promote home safety. She is presently working to support two projects, the Fall Prevention Coalition – Los Angeles (FPC-LA) and Home Safety Adaptations for the Elderly (Home SAFE), in addition to evaluating activities at FPCE. Prior to her current position, Ms. Nabors worked as a research assistant at FPCE and evaluated and provided technical assistance to 10 fall prevention community coalitions across California.
